October 2016 UPDATE:  Yes,  you can access the  training on this site from a mobile device.

While mobile capability has always been a feature of this site,  most users did not know how to enable it on their personal mobile devices.  An instructional video has been added to this site that  provides the necessary guidance to understand how to access and navigate training content on mobile devices.
