The Auxiliary Leadership & Management School (AUXLAMS) is designed for entry level appointed and elected Auxiliarists utilizing the entire Leadership & Management School (LAMS) modified for the Auxiliary audience. These members are the individuals in the organization that provide direction and vision primality to Flotilla groups or teams. They are responsible for developing and communicating the context of direction down the chain to members and work groups.
The target audience for AUXLAMS is Flotilla Commanders, Flotilla Vice Commanders, Flotilla Staff Officers, and National Branch Chiefs. All members of the Auxiliary with Level 1 Leadership Competency Certification are welcome on a space available basis.
